Listen up, future co-workers and collaborators, because I’m here to introduce myself and let you know what I bring to the table.
I’ve had a rough and tumble life, with many obstacles and hardships along the way, but that’s what made me the person I am today. I’ve had to fight for everything I’ve got, and I’ve got the scars to prove it. But I’ve also got the determination and drive to turn those hardships into opportunities.
I’ve got a background in the intersection of technology and healthcare, as a former computer-science major with an Associate’s degree in Biology and a stint in nursing school. But when the stress of working on the front lines got to be too much, I pivoted back to my first love: technology.
I’ve honed my skills as a full-stack developer and built my network from the ground up. I’ve worked full-time while going to school, and I’ve never shied away from a challenge. When I came out as transgender, life got even tougher, and I found myself homeless for a time; but I never gave up. I used that time to upskill and find a job that would lead me to where I am today: a founder of a company with a bright future ahead.
So let me tell you, I’m no stranger to hard work and adversity. I’ve got the drive and the determination to see a project through, no matter what it takes. I’m a team player and a natural leader, and I’m ready to bring my A-game to any project I take on.
